Granny, who’s a bit out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now dashing through the city in a frantic attempt to evade capture. To avoid being recaptured and sent back to the insane asylum, she must cover a specific distance. However, she isn’t only being pursued by orderlies wielding straightjackets; the journey is filled with challenging obstacles like sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky hazards. As she navigates the streets to escape the nurses, Granny also gathers gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of excitement to her daring escape.
